These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GoSponsored (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Using the Service

GoSponsored is a directory that lets creators list their projects and sponsorship opportunities, and lets sponsors discover them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for any agreements you enter into with other users of the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it on GoSponsored you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the Service. You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

Sponsorships

GoSponsored is a listing platform. Any sponsorship agreement is a direct arrangement between the creator and the sponsor. GoSponsored is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their performance.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
