Terms for sponsors

You buy the sponsorship from the maker whose slot you book. The maker is the seller and the merchant of record: you pay through Stripe Checkout on the maker's Stripe account, and Stripe sends your receipts. gosponsored, operated by Placeholder Legal Entity SRL, runs the platform and receives a fee from the maker's sales.

A booking is a monthly subscription, a one-time package for a fixed number of days, or a one-time order of an offer, at the price shown on the checkout page. One-time payments are made by card only. Your seat is held for 30 minutes while you pay. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added where the maker must charge them.

You are responsible for your ad, your landing page and your logo, and you confirm you have the right to use them. The ad drafted by AI is a suggestion: you review and edit it before you pay. Your ad and landing page must follow the content policy.

While your ad is live you can edit it from your manage link, up to three times a day. Each edit is a new version: it is screened like a new booking and, unless the maker's slot approves automatically and the ad still links to the same site, the maker approves it. Your current ad keeps running until the edit is approved; an edit the maker doesn't decide within 72 hours expires. Anyone you forward your manage link to can edit your ad, so keep it private.

Your ad and landing page are checked automatically (Google Web Risk and an AI review against the content policy). The maker then approves or declines within 72 hours, unless the slot approves automatically. If the maker declines, or doesn't answer in time, you are refunded in full automatically and the subscription is canceled.

Your ad appears in the slot on the maker's site or app, always with a "Sponsored" label. Traffic and clicks are not guaranteed; the stats on the maker's page are shown with their source. You get a weekly report by email, and you can stop the reports at any time.

The maker may remove your ad at any time with a reason; you are then refunded the unused part of the month (price × remaining time ÷ period length).

Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. Cancel at any time from the manage link in your emails or from the Stripe customer portal: your ad keeps running until the end of the month you paid for, and that month is not refunded.

An offer is something the maker delivers once, such as a post on X or a newsletter ad. You pay once. The maker accepts or declines your order within 72 hours; if they decline, or don't answer in time, you are refunded in full automatically.

Once accepted, the maker delivers by the date shown on your order. "Delivered" means the maker has sent proof: a link to the post on the channel's site, sometimes with a screenshot and a note. We email you the proof with your manage link. If there's no proof by the deadline, you are refunded in full automatically; the maker can also refund your order before delivering it.

If something is wrong with a delivered order (it wasn't delivered, it was removed early, or it isn't what was agreed), report a problem from your manage link within 7 days of delivery, or within the offer's "stays up" period if that is longer. gosponsored reviews the report and the proof and may refund you in full or in part. After that window the order is complete.

A package shows your ad in a widget slot for a fixed number of days, paid once. It doesn't renew and ends by itself on its last day, so there is nothing to cancel. If the maker removes it early, you are refunded the unused days.

Previews of posts, newsletters, videos and other placements the maker makes by hand are illustrations of the format: the maker writes and publishes the real one.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your ad is hidden after 3 days unpaid and the subscription is canceled after 14 days.

The refunds described in these terms are made automatically to your card. We may take down an ad that breaks the content policy; you are then refunded as in section 5, or in full for an offer order that isn't complete yet. For anything else, write to the maker or to us first: a card dispute goes to the maker's Stripe account.

We provide the platform as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from your bookings in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of Romania (placeholder). Changes apply to renewals after we email you about them; you can cancel before a renewal if you don't agree.
